PocketTip does not store full payment card details.

Payments and payouts on the Platform are processed by Stripe using Stripe Connect. Personal information required for payment processing, identity verification, compliance, and payouts is collected and handled by Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s privacy policies.

PocketTip does not control how Stripe processes personal information and does not store sensitive payment credentials.

We use PostHog for analytics and performance monitoring. PostHog collects aggregated and pseudonymised usage data to help us understand how the Platform is used and how it can be improved.
